In addition to ensuring a clean environment, our housekeeping staff is kind, caring, hardworking, and quick to engage in thoughtful conversation with our residents. Services include:

Daily making of bed and removal of trash
Weekly housekeeping and laundering of sheets and towels

Residential laundry rooms are available on each floor and are free for residents and their families to use. Personal laundry service can also be arranged.

Maintenance that goes the extra mile.

In addition to handling all routine maintenance of apartments and common areas, our friendly, accommodating maintenance staff is readily available to meet our residents’ needs, no matter how minor. They often can be found taking the time to fix a resident’s glasses, picture frame, or other personal items.

Our maintenance staff also assists with renovations and improvements that add to the beautiful atmosphere at Monmouth Crossing.
